Ordered a jacket for my husband for Christmas. It was just a little too small so I e-mailed customer service to see if I could exchange it for a larger size. They replied that was not an option I needed to return it and reorder it. I decided to wait to see how the return went before I reordered. Since an actual store is on the coasts of the US taking it there to return was not an option. I sent the jacket off to an address in NY. 10 days after they received it I still had not received a credit or any notification from them so I reached out and e-mailed them again. They said I need to wait another 10-14 days for the jacket to be sent back to the UK before my refund would occur. I waited 3 more weeks and reached out again. 2 days after I e-mailed I received a response that they were so sorry they were issuing me a credit that day. 9 days later I a still waiting for the credit. I WOULD NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN! This is ridiculous!
