The Manager at your Cabot Circus branch needs training quickly on the art of how to interview young people that apply for jobs and when they are unsuccessful (Which is a fact of life and everyone moves on) the fact that she doesn't even have the common courtesy of not only adhering to her promise of calling someone back but then doesn't call at all. How do you have Managers like this leading a team, it is beyond me.
