I am a regular customer and usually love Fat Face clothes for my children. I normally buy online so I’ve never had an issue.
However buying a top for my son a few days ago I noticed a small hole while ironing it. I had a photo and copy of a receipt but Fat Face refused to do anything because it wasn’t bought online. I repeated I wasn’t local and my petrol wouldn’t cover the exchange. I suggested a gift voucher to cover this which they refused.
