I have many dresses and fun tops which I purchased a few years back. I recently bought a dress that didn't fit me well and filled out the request for a return label that should have automatically generated the label. The label never came. After a few days and checking spam folders I tried to request another and could not. I emailed them. I was reassured they would look into it and told how they hoped that resolved it for me. It did not. I gave them four more days. Sent another email. Apparently my request for a return label has been advanced to an investigatory committee. Unbelievable. I tried chatting with someone. No resolution other than a pat phrase of we're working on it. How hard can it be to email me the return label? I'll never shop here again. Hope I don't take a financial hit on the dress.
