Purchased a set of pyjamas as a gift on Saturday 30 September 2017 from West Quay branch in Southampton. Later realised we needed to change the top as had picked up the wrong size. Decided to pop in to the Whiteley branch on Sunday morning as closer to home where they changed the top without even questioning the reason. Service was also with a smile. Fantastic. Thank you.
