Online shopping is a very unacceptable experience. An eight day delay to dispatch whilst readily accepting my payment and order feels supremely arrogant and deceptive. This should have been transparent at the point of ordering. Top this off with no communication to alert me of a tardy online service. You have consistent bad reviews of online provision, please learn from this or stop providing.
