I ordered a package on 18.09.2024, which is still "in transit" as of 03.01.2025. Initially, customer service responded, asking me to check with my local post office. However, the post office informed me that only the sender can request a tracking investigation. I relayed this to the company but received no further response.
The ordering process was smooth, and the website is user-friendly. However, the long delivery time and lack of responsibility from customer service are disappointing.
I suggest improving customer service responsiveness and taking responsibility for shipping issues. I hope to receive my package soon or get a refund.
