Excellent customer service Customer service was excellent. I had a transaction fail and got concerned. Reached out to Faxro and found out the fixed rate had changed during the exchange, so that was the only reason the transaction didn't go through. I contacted customer service and they replied to me in literally 60 seconds with a solution. They resolved the transaction and I received my funds right away. Solid customer service for sure.
