Faxro is a very trustworthy and ethical company. I did a swap and forgot to include the memo which caused a delay of a couple of days to get it sorted out. Being that I'm new to using them I was totally shocked and I thought my crypto was gone for good. But sure enough they came through just like they said they would and the swap went through at the going rate. With all the scams going around in this space, it's comforting to know that their are still companies out here that stand behind their product.
