People usually look down upon jumping into trades quickly, but I think if you have a sound strategy with strict rules that you ACTUALLY follow, you can take advantage of a lot of in-the-moment opportunities. Like, I trade my daily sessions on the desktop mt5 app, after which I set alerts for myself, so that I can execute a trade from the mobile app if it gets triggered while, I'm away :P
