The flag itself I like. My complaints are with delivery time and customer service. I had a problem with the tracking number they provided and it was 2 weeks after I placed my order. I sent an email asking if there were any delays because I was hosting my open houses and needed them, and that my tracking number was coming back with an error. Gabe simply repeated the same faulty tracking number and said "there's nothing we can do about USPS" `Cold and unenthusiastic.... I think everyone can do better on the price as well... They ask if you want an upgrade to all the equipment you think it should come with....
