This was a repeat of items you made me in the past so it should have been easy.
This transaction was very difficult from the first interaction with the sales team who seemed completely put aside off by a custom order clear through the art approval.
Not sure what's changed since my last order but its not for the best IMO.
All previous orders were exceptional experiences.
