I worked with Diane. We ordered the flags, but they still don't truly match the vision we had even after three or four proofs. That, and I emailed around 8 am for a proof and did not get a response until 5 pm. I then emailed back at 5:05 pm and still did not get an email back until the next day at 5 pm. If you're on a time limit, custom flags may be tricky to get, otherwise Diane was very helpful in trying to help us get what we needed.
