Requesting the original design was quick and easy, although I was a bit surprised by the file size and type limitations. I had a .psd file that was too large to upload and compressed file type was not authorized. Also, I had a .jpeg file that was not authorized because it was not .jpg. Ordering the flag was a bit confusing because I somehow ended up with 3 different flag orders that weren't removed after updating the cart. I tried emptying the cart and starting over but that was also unsuccessful. Eventually, I emptied the cart and closed the site and started over from the link provided in the e-mail; this worked. I hope the design your team provided is what I receive because the connection to my order and the design happens behind the scene.
