I didn't have a great experience. I had two of our flags blow away in a storm and ordered replacements. This was a flag only order since we already had all of the hardware. I was told to expect the flags to be delivered within 3-5 business days. A week and a half went by, I called to check on them. I was told about 10 seconds later that UPS lost them and they'd send two more out. Another week and a half went by, called again, this personal actually took some time to look into it but came back with the same answer.....they were lost. Said she'd send another set out and credit me back for one. I finally received the "third shipment" but never received the credit.
