The cooling coats arrived very quickly and appear to be the item I need. There are two points that they could improve on,
1. The coats for the dogs have no harness clip point access so this means customers need to make their own by cutting the coat.
2. They have charged delivery on each item and sent in one parcel which is unnecessary, the postage would not have been double for the two. so that did annoy me a little. However as they seem to be a reasonable quality and a decent cooling coat i will let it go. Once they have been tested i will review again.
