On arrival we were greeted by friendly, relaxed and totally efficient staff. Just what one wants at the start of a holiday-no hassle, the rest of the week was exactly the same perfectly relaxed and hassle free. I have wanted to go on a broads holiday since I was six years old so now that our granddaughter is six we took the opportunity. However, she insisted on bringing her parents with her. I cannot recommend Ferry Marina highly enough, there is nothing I can complain about which is annoying as Victor Meldew is my hero.
