Boat ready at 2pm (Crystal Emblem), clean and well equipped. Useful info supplied and full demonstration of all the features. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Grandchildren (11 & 14) loved it despite no wifi! Weather was excellent which helps, of course, but a lovely holiday with no problems.
