Great start to a new experience for us. Really helpful on arrival, instruction very thorough and more to the point, clear. Facilities for loading/unloading were the best we saw as we travelled around. Boat really well designed, clean, equipped and everything worked - even the shower had some pressure. Certainly much more than a 'caravan that floats'; which to be honest was our expectation. Minor issue with the boat on the last day which was sorted swiftly and we were back on our way within 30 minutes. Fuel, pump out etc. being all included made for ease and one less thing to think about on the last day. Overall really impressed with the service and the team we met from Ferry Marina.
