Had Chrystal Emblem 2. From the first phone call, booking the boat, arriving to pick up the boat and ending the holiday, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. A very good holiday was had by all. Just one tiny comment, the windscreen wiper needs to be bigger. Thanks to all the staff. Hilary
