Our family party of 6 had a wonderful week on Jasmine Emblem. It was a first Broads holiday for 2 grandsons aged 19 and 13. They fell in love with the whole experience and are wondering when they can do it again. After several years using a boatyard which we liked but which has now closed we had a couple of unhappy experiences with another company. We decided to try Ferry Marina as the boatyard always looked well ordered when passing by and we heard nothing but praise from other Ferry customers when we found ourselves moored near them and had a chat. The boatyard is well maintained and tidy, We like that fact that our car stays where we park it in a proper car park and we didn't have to hand the key over. We were impressed with the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. The handover on collecting the boat was excellent with good instruction. On returning the boat the few comments we had about minor details needing some attention were noted with the assurance that they would be dealt with for the next hirers. When I said I had a booking for another boat next Spring the nice lady (whose name I forgot to get - sorry!) made time to take me to see it. All together a good experience.
