The staff at Ferry Marina are great, however I felt the boat, the Golden Emblem was very overpriced. We booked what we thought was a luxury boat for our honeymoon at a cost of £1325 for 4 days. However the boat is quite tired with a number of things not working: -The curtain in the back cabin did not close as the fastener was broken. -The extra seat cushions in the seating area do not match and do not fasten to the bed base so cannot be used as a comfortable bed. -The dials for the water did not work and constantly showed half full which meant we ran out of water and spent 6 hours trying find somewhere to get water, ultimately finding the mooring in Norwich. This was a real pain and unwanted stress on our honeymoon. -The dials for the toilet did not work either and the tanks constantly showed empty even after 4 days! I really feel we were overcharged for this boat.
