Had an amazing experience. I have been with Ferry Marina before and never had any issues. My partner was on her first ever boating holiday and loved it so much we’ve booked again for next year. We tried one of the electric boats (Whisper) and it was brilliant. The engine was extremely quiet and even when the generator kicked in - it wasn’t noisy enough to disturb us. The boat was immaculately clean when we took over and everything we needed was waiting for us. We had a quick tour from the guide at the yard and then were off. Throughout the week we learnt a few things but the boat was great. We had some mechanical issues towards the end of our week but Bob was fantastic. He met us quickly once we reported the issue and fixed it there and then - we only lost about an hour waiting but we had moored up somewhere pretty so didn’t mind. That evening we had another issue and again Bob went above and beyond for us - meeting us out of hours to help us sort it and fixing it without taking away from our trip. Handing back over was quick and easy, the guys in the office dealt with everything we needed them to. Can’t wait for our next trip now!
