At every stage from the initial booking through to the final return handover of the boat at the end of our holiday, all aspects of the entire process were handled efficiently and promptly by friendly, courteous, proficient staff. The boat, its systems, functions and equipment performed reliably throughout, and every one in our party regarded the holiday as 'Golden' (We even had a little help from the weather). Things could not have been handled better.
