Excellent boat and service. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately our boat broke down. Very quick response which was very good. However, it took 4 hours to fix. I was disappointed that when taking the boat back, details were taken of any issues with boat which were noted but after that instead of an apology for the boat breaking down, the receptionist was only interested in explaining our discount for next time! I would have preferred an apology.
