Lovely little cottage, although only little from the outside. It's like a Tardis - much bigger on the inside! There's a lovely open-plan kitchen/lounge with a deck area overlooking a watery courtyard part of the marina. Three bedrooms upstairs - one with a king size bed, two singles. If you don't fancy the walk into Horning, you can get the ferry from outside the Ferry Inn. We didn't realise this until we'd already done the walk. The staff are very helpful and extremely friendly, even at stressful changeover times. Cannot fault them at all. Best part of the marina? The semi- tame heron who can be hand fed! (He does like a bit of cheese!)
