The day before our booking I became 90 . The first day our son became 57. So we decided to return to the Broads (where my wife and I spent our honeymoon in 1956 .) with our son and daughter and her husband .We were not disappointed . Golden Emblem proved to be a great vessel .Well designed and built to a high standard which I appreciated having myself built a 40 ft motor sailor in 1987 . The presentation of the boat was first class . All very clean and fresh . Nothing missing that we might have wanted .Nothing went wrong . We covered a good distance over the three days without a single hiccup . Having a son who is vastly experience in off shore sailing and who trains others to various RYA grades was a help !
