FAULTY PRODUCTS! Festive lights sell a festoon light product called connect pro. This product is not fit for purpose and its not IP65 rated as stated in the description. Water ingresses into the bulbs and they fail within days. We have unfortunately bought hundreds of meters of these lights and they will not refund, only replace with more not fit for purpose lights that keep failing wasting much of our time changing them. They try to say you must be hanging them wrong and let them swing about, if it was really IP rated this would not matter one bit. The company continues to sell this product and clearly has no morals. We have now replaced with a fit for purpose product and have not had one failure in nearly a year. AVOID!
