DO NOT ORDER PRO CONNECT PRODUCT, IT WILL NOT LAST! I ordered a significant number of Pro Connect festoon light for my garden I May 2022, all in all spent over £300 to create my love island style garden and chose the pro connect as Festive Lights website underlined the durability of these lights so thought if I’m going to do it, do it right right? WRONG! The product comes with 2 year warranty and before that warranty period was up I had to replace one set as they had failed, fast forward a year now outside of warranty and 4 sets have all failed at once. I contacted Festive Lights for support but to be frank the response is shocking, “sorry for your experience, these lights are normally awesome, out of warranty, here’s 10% discount” the problem is when you are spending this kind of on your garden baring in mind there is a cost to create a wire rig for lifts to hang on etc and you choose your lights you are pretty much stuck with those lights, 1 goes and you replace 4 go and what do I do buy a completely new set, new product as great expense or bend over and take the pro connectors to replace (minus 10% of course), Festive Lights know they have you and you just got to take it. Only way to avoid this, don’t buy them in the first place!!!
