Been ordering from this site for passed 4 years excellent delivery service by DPD but changed to cheaper courier company now called hermes who say they will be there next day deliver! Been waiting 5 day still no product!! Asked for refund from fetch they say it will take 5 working days for refund. So 10 days without product poor poor, why change courier componies when all was good before!
Could be a downward spiral for this company if they stick with Hermes after being exellent to deal with through DPD.
