The worst company I've ever dealt with. Bought 3 cases of dog food at black Friday discount price. Never arrived - was told Hermes was returning to them because delivery unsuccessful - despite there being someone in at all times and delivery instructions to leave in porch which was unlocked at all times. Tracking never supplied. Was invited to re-order - at dearer price! - and will take another 10 days to get a refund. What a con!
