Ordered for next day delivery which never turned up. Hermes so not entirely surprised. Unfortunately I didn’t know they used Hermes at the time of placing the order or I wouldn’t have bothered. The customer service was very polite and seemed surprised but reading these reviews it’s not unusual so think they need think about this. Won’t use again
