i have used fetch for some time with no problem. However my last order for Burns Adult dog food large pack has changed from 15kg pack to 12kg pack (shrinkation). No indication of change on their site (almost same price as last time) and ended up being 19% more expensive per kg. No apology, no compensation offered. Said they understood my frustration and would notify Burns. As if they did not know the pack size had changed! One returning customer no longer returning.
