They turn incompetence into a science. Ordered 2x 12kg bags of Eukanuba dog food, one puppy food and one adult food. Only puppy food arrived and when querying the whereabouts of the other I was told they didn't know where it was. The fact they didn't offer to send a replacement speaks volumes ie they don't have it in stock and never did in the first place yet took my money
Now I have to wait 7 to 10 days for a refund
