So angry! Order placed Fri, now THURS, still no sign, my dog almost out of food, speciality product so must use. Customer service appalling, fobbed off every time. Call backs don't happen. Nobody cares, nobody knows where my order is, I am disgusted.
Can anybody tell me of another company that I can use selling Royal Canon products?
