MANCHESTER TRAFFORD CENTRE STORE. Absolutely lovely staff in store, I had a horrendous experience where my original engagement ring purchased from a different store chain broke in less than 3 weeks, when returned they could not replace it so I was left with no engagement ring. So much else happening in my life at the moment that this caused an absolute meltdown. I never wanted a traditional engagement ring, I love amethyst, silver etc. I googled jewellery shops in Trafford Centre, saw your store and went looking for it, there's one in Blackpool where I grew up and I remember looking in the window everytime I went to town. We went in, talked about what I liked, the lovely lady went off and found 4 options, as soon as we saw it myself and my fiance knew it was the right one. The price was a little higher than we were planning but it was just perfect! The lady that served us was amazing, so lovely. The other lady working was really friendly too and had a chat with us. I cannot thank you enough for turning our day around! THANK YOU!
