I visited Chapelle at Ashford Designer Outlet. The sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable. I tried on a gold 9ct bracelet which was too big for my wrist - he discussed how the bracelet could be adjusted. I also tried on a pair of gold earrings and bought them. The sales assistant recommended the insurance for the earrings but was not pushy at all. The experience was seamless.
