I purchased a pair of silver enamelled bumblebee ear rings for my granddaughters birthday. Before she wore them the enamel on one had come off. On returning them they were exchanged for paw printed hearts(which I am sure my 10 year old granddaughter will love) without a problem quickly and efficiently. I would recommend F Hinds for any jewellery purchase.
