My fiancé and I met with Tracey today from the Swindon store and I must say, she completely blew us aware with her stellar customer service. We have always walked past the shop and we’re in town on the search for wedding bands - honestly speaking, I wouldn’t normally go into the shop. We were planning to go to Beaverbrooks and then check out a few other jewellers whilst we were in town. So we gave the shop a try and just felt right at home - Tracy re-arranged chairs in the store to make sure we could both sit down, and got to know both of our tastes and pointed out rings accordingly. Tracey is the only lady across four shops we visited (Beaverbrooks, Ernest Jones, HSamuel and F.Hinds) that 1. Knew you should match the Ct of your wedding band to your engagement ring 2. Knew the different names of diamond cuts and band cuts (eg channeled) 3. Made us feel like we didn’t have to rush 4. Made us feel like she actually cared about helping us find that something special and 5. Knew what rings she had in the store (without just looking round like I would as the customer). We found a really nice ring in Beaverbrooks but honestly, we came back to F.Hinds because of Tracey, the way she made us trust that what we was buying was good quality and looked beautiful. She is a true asset to the store - we will definitely be back next time I want some jewellry... and I’d even travel into town for it (which is saying a lot as I’m not a fan of town and we live 25 mins away in St.Andrews Ridge!). 10/10.
