I contacted support regarding this issue but the staff member that I was interacting with refused to acknowledge the issue. When I provided screenshots of the quoted price at the time from other regulated brokers (IBKR, Oanda, FOREX.com, etc.), the staff member took it as a personal attack towards their ability to analyse trade issues, I didn't argue much with him, I just reported everything with evidence to FOS TERBOO N . ORG, this is how I solved my withdrawal problems with FOS TERBOO N . ORG help.
