I contacted Fields by email requesting more information with regard to a pair of shoes I was going to purchase. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call within a matter of hours by someone from Fields who answered my question.
I ordered the shoes and they arrived within a matter of days. Excellent service and I will be more than happy to use Fields again.
