The service at Fields could not have been better, from the order, the packaging, the delivery and after sales. The first pair of boots I ordered weren't quite suitable, and Matthew could not have been more helpful in organising a second pair for comparison. He also arranged for the first pair to be collected, and I was refunded most promptly.
