I made an order solely because I had been given a £50 discount because of poor service in the past. I got the obligatory text/ emails the day before stating that my purchase had been despatched. I was expecting a text on the morning of delivery to inform me of my 1 hour delivery slot. I actually got a text at 9.40am saying that as the courier company hadn't received the package from Fields despite paying for next day delivery it was unable to deliver. I rung Fields who assured me it was due for delivery that afternoon. I then received an email from courier reiterating that delivery couldn't happen. I have now changed delivery to the next day. Shame no one from Fields know what's going on and have a funny way of trying to win back my custom
