I ordered a dinner suit and 2 dinner shirts with regular collars. When the parcel came one of the shirts had a wing collar.
I phoned and was told that someone would ring me back but I had to ring again. I then found out that you did not have any other shirts of my size with regular collars. Rather than send an alternative it would have been helpful to phone me to see if a wing collar was acceptable. I now need to go to Cromer, some 4 miles away to find the nearest DPD Pick up shops.
