I recently ordered a Black Polyester and Wool Jacket and Waistcoat and received an email to say my size was out of stock but that Fields would replace my order with a Pure new wool version which was more expensive and they would let me have it for the price of my order. The Jacket and Waistcoat arrived and it was superb quality and am I very happy with it.
I find this to be a very generous offer and outstanding customer service and would recommend this company to anyone looking for good value and real customer service.
