Having tried to purchase on line and learning the goods were out of stock, I telephoned the next day (Monday) The salesman was most helpful and confirming the out of stock situation was able to tell me that fresh supplies would be available on Wednesday. I placed an order received E Mail confirmation that the goods had arrived and would be deliveded on Thursday, followed by confirmation of despatch and eta for Today. Goods arrived within the timescale notified. First Class service from all concerned. Philip Summers
