I ordered a 3 piece suit which was delivered promptly I had to return the trousers as the 36R were too long (I failed to find on line the guidelines on sizing, I was looking for a 29 inch leg but R equals 31 in). I rang at ,1530 on Friday afternoon and explained my problem. No ,29 in were in stock but a seamstress altered a longer pair and they were despatched by 1630 arriving at 1000 Monday morning ,(and being worn by ,,1600!). Many thanks to Mathew and the team. For speed I actually ordered and paid for the replacements as a separate order ,with the new order was a returns label etc and the original trouser ordered is on its way back for a refund.
