I chose Fields for my purchase as they offered free next day delivery. I ordered online, but although the system showed the item was in stock, I was informed that the item was temporarily unavailable but further stock was due soon. The staff at Field's went over and above to accommodate my need for rapid delivery - I was kept informed of developments at all times and they were helpful and friendly. I was offered the option of refund if they could not deliver within the timescale I needed. This was not needed as they pulled out all the stops and got the item to me in time, despite the Easter Bank Holiday. Fields gave a 5* service and I would thoroughly recommend.
