I was very impressed with the service provided. I placed the order on the Sunday afternoon. I received a telephone call on the Monday morning to say that the standard length jacket I had ordered was not in stock, but a short length alternative was available. This was acceptable on the basis I could return if not suitable. The jacket arrived on the Tuesday at precisely the time I was told it would. The jacket was perfect for my needs at a very competitive price. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
