Unable to 5 star as although email confirmation of order was prompt and polite, delivery time was excellent and parcel arrived as and when expected - unfortunately the item sent was not the colour ordered.
After emailing Fields - to report their error, I was almost immediately contacted on the telephone with an apology and to arrange exchange and delivery to suit me. I would not hesitate to recommend and purchase from Fields.
